5. Content submitted by users and clubs
Spooru allows certain users and clubs to add information, data, messages, images, documents or other content to the platform.

In particular, where content includes personal data, images or other information relating to players, family members, coaches or other individuals, the user or club must ensure that it has an adequate legal basis for its inclusion and processing and that it has fulfilled the information obligations that apply to it.
Where necessary to provide the contracted service, the user or club authorises Spooru to host, store, reproduce, process and make such content technically available within the platform, solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, protect and improve the contracted features, and for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Access to or use of Spooru does not, under any circumstances, imply the transfer or assignment to the user of any intellectual or industrial property rights over the platform or its elements.
Reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse or exploitation of the elements owned by Spooru is prohibited, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law or authorised in writing by Spooru.

Where a club uses Spooru to manage information relating to its players, family members, coaches or other individuals, the responsibilities of Spooru and of the club with respect to the different processing activities will be determined according to the roles actually performed by each party and the applicable data protection regulations.
