How to subscribe

1. Create your account and your club: it is free.
2. With the administrator account, go to Manage → Plan, choose Creator or Creator+ and pay by card.
3. Create your exercises in Manage → My exercises and use them in your sessions and in the automatic generator.

Frequently asked questions

Who subscribes to the plan?

The club administrator. The plan belongs to the whole club, not to each team: administrators, coordinators and coaches create exercises, and the whole club uses them.

How do I pay and how do I cancel?

By card, through Stripe. It renews automatically every month or every year, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal; you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid.

What is an illustration and what happens when they run out?

Each illustration is an AI-generated image of the exercise in Spooru's visual style. The allowance renews every month and does not carry over; if it runs out, you can buy a pack of 100 for €12, which does not expire with the month. If generation fails, it is not counted.

What happens to my exercises if I stop paying?

They are not deleted. They are hidden and cannot be used until you subscribe to a plan again; sessions you already saved keep their text and image, and PDFs go back to the Spooru brand.

Can anyone else see my club's exercises?

No. Your own exercises are private: only the members of your club can see them.

Does anything change for families?

No. They still see a short ad or remove it with the “no ads” subscription; the Creator plan is for the club only.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices you see include any taxes that apply.
